SAB Election
We are soon going to have the SAB election. SAB is the group which we organize school events such as Welcome Party, BBQ, Bowling tournament and so on. We welcome all students, especially people who have great interest in organizing such events. If you are interested in SAB, why donft you write your name on the signup sheet on the 6th floor by May 19th? Letfs make LCJ an enjoyable place to come!

SAB will be assigning lockers on May 11th ~ 13th. It will be assigned on only these days, so please make sure to come on the 5th floor. You need 1,000yen in order to receive the locker key, but the money will be returned when you give back the key in the end of the term. This is for LCJ STUDENTS ONLY.

Urgent Notice - Outside Stairwell Reform Notice
Due to the scheduled reform of the outside stairwell, the following schedule has been set. If there is any need to contact us directly with a matter directly related to this reform, please contact us at the information provided below.
Schedule
Begin Reform: April 3rd, 2010 (Saturday)
Complete Reform: April 22nd, 2010 (Thursday)
Operation Times: 8:30am - 5:30pm
Reform Area: Outside stairwell
Reform Details: Replacement of handrails, piping, and overhead roof.
Replacement of the middle and first floor panels.
Requests:
- Please understand that noise may occur from this reforming project.
- All disturbances which may occur during this project will be kept to a minimum, and the safety of all is the highest priority.
- Please use the elevator at all possible times to avoid the construction.

Announcement Garbage
Garbage in LCJ is sorted into the following categories:
Burnable garbage
Includes: food waste, paper, cotton, leather shoes, athletic shoes, paper
diapers, saran wrap, cooking oil
Remove excess water from food waste
Don’t mix plastic in
Dispose of cooking oil by soaking it up in paper, or by solidifying it
Remove excrement from paper diapers
Non-burnable garbage
Includes: ceramics and plastic etc..
Package sharp items like glass in a safe manner before disposing
Remove excess water from food waste
Dispose of cooking oil by soaking it up in paper, or by solidifying it
Recyclable garbage
Cans, PET bottles, and Glass bottles
Completely dry out the inside before disposing
Remove plastic caps and clean out the insides before disposing
Hazardous waste
Includes: Mercury batteries, fluorescent light, and chemical things
Administrative Office will collect Hazardous garbage. If you have it, please
come to 6F.
Do not dispose of these items as burnable or non-burnable garbage.
Your action will save the earth.

The Administrative Office is looking for some students who can help for school as PC /Library/Materials assistants. We would like you to work 1-2 hours a day(or week). Please come and ask to 6F ASAP if you are interested in this job.

1. If GPA is under 2.0 in the previous semester and total semster, you could not apply for a part-time job.
2. Students who have basic skill of PC can apply for a part-time job as a PC assistant.
